Yes. We handle all design-related vendors such as florals, rentals, lighting, and décor. We’ll create your design proposal, gather quotes, and serve as the main contact for those vendors through production and event day.
Non-design vendors, such as photography, catering, entertainment, and transportation, are managed directly by you until our coordination period begins.
Will you help us select our vendors?
Most couples book after their venue and date are confirmed, once there’s a foundation in place to begin design. If you’re still finalizing details, we can discuss timing and hold your spot on the calendar.
When should we book this service?
Full Planning typically begins before a venue is selected and covers every element of the wedding from concept to completion. Design + Management begins once your venue is booked and focuses on the creative aspects of your day. We develop the full design plan, source and manage design-related vendors, and step into coordination as the wedding approaches. Other vendors and logistics are managed by you until our management phase begins.
How is Design + Management different from Full Planning?
Absolutely. Our team takes over full coordination in the final 8–12 weeks, confirming all details, communicating with every vendor, and managing the event from start to finish to ensure it unfolds as planned.
